1. What products does Loorell offer?

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Loorell ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details so you can monitor your delivery.

Yes. Orders may be canceled or modified before they have been processed for shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Are candles included with the candle holders?
